Camelliaside B

Camelliaside B is a chemical compound that belongs to the group of flavonol glycosides. It has multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) capabilities, which can be used to detect the presence of flavonols in a sample. MRM is an analytical technique that uses mass spectrometry and monitors specific reactions for the presence of a particular molecule or group of molecules, such as flavonoids. Camelliaside B inhibits the proliferation of fat cells and also has anti-inflammatory properties, as it inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokines like IL-6. This compound also has molecular modeling and glycosidic bond properties.
