灭蝇胺,Cyromazine,

Cyromazine is a pesticide that belongs to the family of organophosphates. It inhibits the ryanodine receptor, which leads to muscle paralysis and death. Cyromazine has been shown to have insecticidal activity against various species of insects. The toxicity of cyromazine is studied by exposing mammalian cells in culture to various concentrations of this compound. The reaction solution was analyzed using an analytical method involving colloidal gold and cell nuclei. Cyromazine can be detected with a fluorescence probe and the toxicity studies are conducted on human serum samples. Experimental solubility data for cyromazine in anhydrous sodium chloride is available from various sources.
